Our Company's commitment to issues of quality is reflected in the Declaration of Quality Policy aiming at fulfilling the needs, requirements and expectations of our customers, shareholders and employees. The main goal of Medana S.A. is producing pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements and medical products of guaranteed high quality.

Quality Assurance System

The Quality Assurance System introduced in our company stipulates principles and determines the scope of activities connected with the quality of produced pharmaceuticals, medical products and dietary supplements, to ensure that these products meet the requirements set forth in the Manufacturing Permission and Marketing Authorization as well as in GMP, GHP and HACCP guidelines; our quality assurance system guarantees the production of effective and safe products of the highest quality.

Means applied to achieve the defined goal, are as follows:

• suitable organizational structure of the company,
• qualified, experienced staff engaged in production supervision and control, with a strictly defined division of competences and responsibilities,
• engagement of the company's staff in quality issues through continuous training from the moment of their employment,
• documentation of all activities important for achieving the highest quality of products,
• development of procedures, technological instructions, instruction manuals, operating manuals, reports on batches and other necessary registration documents,
• maintenance of pharmaceutical hygiene in production facilities, in respect to rooms, machines and personnel,
• controlling and documentation of the production process at all stages essential important to quality.
